A Massive Thank you To Trentham Monkey Forest!
Trentham Monkey Forest have very generously sponsored our Forest Schools provision. This will provide additional equipment for use in the provision but also allow some significant and substantial development of the Forest School area. We are incredibly grateful for their generosity and the recognition of the importance and success of this provision for the children. It has been a fantastic addition to our curriculum this year, providing many benefits and much enjoyment for all of our children.

Family Worship
We will begin Family Worships again next week (Friday 7th March 3pm).
World Book Day- Thursday 6th March
For World book Day next week we are asking the children to come in in their pyjamas and bring in their favourite book. Children will enjoy a range of reading activities throughout the day.
Records of Achievement Day 21st March
Our next Records of Achievement day is Friday 21st March. Please join us at any time between 9am and 10am on that day. This is an opportunity to add to your child’s folder with photos, certificates, leaflets or other souvenirs etc. Some activities will be available in the classroom for you to complete with your child should you wish.
At events such as this there are inevitably some parents/carers who are unable to attend. A position I have often been in myself. Teachers and other adults in the classroom will work with / support those children whose grown-ups have not been able to make it as necessary during the records of Achievement hour.
We will ask parents / carers to leave at 10am so that we can tidy away ready for our morning snack and playtime routine.
Mothers Day Activities 28th March
On Friday 28th March PTA parents and volunteers will be in school working with the children on Easter activities. I will provide more detail on this in next week’s newsletter.
Uniform
A reminder that from the beginning of the summer term (Monday 28th April) a tie no longer forms part of our school uniform.
Wraparound Care
Please book on to the wraparound provision as early as possible. This is particularly important for after school club so that we can ensure appropriate staffing and so that we can order enough food for tea. Thank you for your help and assistance.
Easter Service in Church 11th April
Our end of term Easter Service will take place on Friday 11th April at 9am.
