Communication and language and exposure to a rich vocabulary run through all of our topics, so we have embedded a range of rich texts that are used to support teaching throughout all areas of learning these can be seen in our long term plans above.  

At the start of every term we hold a parents workshop to introduce in detail the curriculum and key vocabulary for that term. See link below:
