Parking
A massive thank you everyone who is now using the church car park in the mornings now that we have a regular crossing warden in place. This eases the situation in The Crescent, which can become extremely busy and somewhat dangerous. If for some reason you need to park in the crescent please take care to park carefully and respectfully so that residents can access and exit their properties as necessary. Please do take advantage of the church carpark. It is a large space which we are extremely grateful to have daily use of.
Holiday Club
Several of our children took advantage of the Little Stars provision over the summer break. The feedback that we have received has been extremely positive, from the children and from the club. It is therefore running again over the October half term and a flyer is attached with further information.
World Mental Health Day
Thursday 10th October is Mental Health Awareness Day. Come wearing something yellow! This could be just one yellow item, but can be more if you wish. The children will take part in a range of activities throughout the day. No donation is required. This day is simply about promoting awareness.
Harvest
For harvest this year we, in line with church, are collecting donations for the local foodbank. If you would like to contribute please send tinned / dried foods etc. Nothing perishable please. Donations can be sent to school (nothing before Monday 7th October please, we simply don’t have the space to store it), or directly to church.
