Our school is to be part of a partnership with the charity Feed The Hungry UK, and The Diocese of Lichfield and our church, St John the Baptist. The Church and School in Barlaston plan to forge links with The Soweto Academy, based in Kibera (Nairobi, Kenya).
Staff from our school, Vicar Stewart and others will be visiting the project that Feed The Hungry support in Kibera, in January 2019. Then when we return to Barlaston, we hope to mobilise the Barlaston community in helping to meet some of the needs that The Soweto Academy face.
